No Medical Advice. ReSpectacle’s goal is to provide a database a distribution system to match donated eyeglasses with persons wishing to obtain those eyeglasses. However, this information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or optometric advice. Users should consult with their individual physicians or optometrists to discuss their individual situation and to determine an appropriate treatment plan. Do not rely on any content in the site for treatment purposes. The appropriateness and use of any individual pair of eyeglasses should be verified by the user’s own medical or optometric doctor. Information about donated eyeglasses is believed to be accurate, but ReSpectacle makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
No Resellers Allowed. You agree that any eyeglasses ordered through ReSpectacle are for your own use or the use of a member of your household. Resale of eyeglasses is strictly prohibited.
No Refund or Exchange. All eyeglasses and other items distributed by ReSpectacle are in a used condition and delivered as-is and with all faults. ReSpectacle makes no warranty about the merchantability of the items distributed or their fitness or appropriateness for any purpose. All transfers are final.
In using the database, you agree to the following:
